Day 50

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't posted anything but pictures in awhile Ive just been really busy lately. Anyway today is day 50 of my transformation and I feel great. My abs are starting to show my muscles have gotten bigger and I can run for miles at a time without getting winded. I am also happy to say that Ive dropped from a size 36 pants to a size 32 that are now also falling off my waist. To start off this wonderful day I just weighed in at 164lbs a weight that i'm embarrassed to say that I haven't seen since the 5th grade lol. Right now I'm about to go do some lifting and maybe a little bit of cardio to finish of my workout I'll be sure to post up a picture when i'm done.

Day 32(172lbs)
Hey everyone i've hit day 32 and i'm at a current weight of 172lbs. I am getting closer and closer to my goal of a 6 pack each and every day. I figure another 3 to 4 weeks and i'll be where I want to be physically but not to worry I will continue to update even after I reach my goal. Well signing off for now i'll see you all later.

Day 30 (173lbs)
Hey everyone feels good to be back home. Well i'm happy to say that I lost another pound to start off the week. I also was able to get in a very rigorous workout this morning that set my mood right after a weekend of very little physical activity. Well I did exercise but like I said it wasn't as thorough or as rigorous as I do at home. Thats all for now see you guys later.

Day 29
Hey everyone its sunday the first of March. I just finished working out. And for the past two days have been up at my vermont house snowboarding. I'm heading home tonight due to a huge snowstorm heading up this way tonight into tomorrow. Even though I have been working out and snowboarding while being up here I feel that I can not get as good of a workout up here as I can at home. I am limited to just lifting weights and doing my ab exercises and getting a small cardio workout from snowboarding. I hope to get a better workout later as I will be home tonight. signing off for now see you guys later.
