Hey everyone my name is Brian.  Throughout the years I've been struggling with my weight. 3 years ago I hit an all time low in terms of my self esteem and an all time high with my weight.  I was 240lbs and only 18years old(shown in the pic above). I decided that it was time to take charge of my life and try to get healthy.  I Started dieting and exercising and was able to get myself down to a comfortable weight of 190lbs, but I wanted more.  I wanted to be muscular and not just a shell of what I used to be.  Recently I once again took charge and started a new exercise and diet routine that I have adapted from a friend who does mixed martial arts.  On the sixth day of diet and exercise I was losing my motivation once again.  Looking for something to drive me I found a bunch of body transformation videos on youtube and decided I was going to do the same thing.  My goal just like the videos was to take a picture everyday until I was physically where I wanted to be.  My results so far have been outstanding. I have lost a total of 16lbs bringing me down to a new weight of 174lbs and It is still dropping.  My muscle definition is looking more and more toned everyday. And my stomach and love handles are almost completely flat and gone.  Here are the pics of my progress so far. I will continue to update these everyday until I reach my goal, But I have a feeling that I will be doing this for much longer.
